NH Biz Site Customer Agreement
This agreement is between Refer IRL, LLC, doing business as NH Biz Site ("NH Biz Site", "we", "us"), and you, the customer.
1. What we provide
- A one-page website for your business ("your page"), built for mobile phones, with call and text buttons.
- Hosting of your page for as long as your plan is active.
- A link from your Google Business Profile to your page.
- Updates to your page each month: up to 2 on Essentials, up to 4 on Growth.
- On Growth only: review requests and a monthly calls-and-clicks report.
- A before-and-after summary about 90 days after your page goes live.
2. Price and billing
- There is no build fee.
- Essentials is $24.99 per month. Growth is $49.99 per month.
- We bill your card each month in advance through Stripe, starting the day your page goes live.
- If you ask for a refund, we refund the most recent month you were billed.
3. Your rate is locked for 24 months
Your monthly price will not go up for 24 months from your first billing date. If you switch between Essentials and Growth, you pay our public price for the new plan at that time, and a new 24-month lock starts on the day you switch.
After 24 months, your price moves to our public price for your plan at that time. We will tell you the new price in writing at least 60 days before it takes effect. You can cancel at any time, as described in section 4.
4. Cancelling
- There is no minimum term.
- You can cancel at any time by giving us 30 days' written notice. An email to tim@nhbiz.site counts as written notice.
- Your plan and billing end 30 days after your notice.
- We can end this agreement by giving you 30 days' written notice.
- If a payment fails, we will tell you. If it is still unpaid after 15 days, we may take your page offline until it is paid.
5. What you own, and what happens when you leave
- You own your business name, logo, photos, the wording you give us, and your Google Business Profile.
- When this agreement ends, we send you the files for your page within 10 days. You may keep, change and host those files anywhere, for as long as you like.
- Our hosting of your page ends when your plan ends.
- We keep the right to use our general page design and code for other customers.
- Your page lives at a web address on nhbiz.site, which we own. When this agreement ends, that address stops working. You can then host your files at a web address of your own.
6. What we need from you
- Accurate information about your business, including any license or insurance claims shown on your page.
- Photos, logos and wording that you have the right to use.
- Manager access to your Google Business Profile for tim@nhbiz.site, so we can link your page. You stay the owner and can remove us at any time.
- A look over your page before it goes live, so you can tell us about any errors.
7. Tracking and examples
- We count visits to your page and taps on its call and text buttons, using Google Analytics. We use these counts to report your results to you.
- We do not sell information about your visitors.
- We will ask your permission before showing your page as an example of our work.
8. What we cannot promise
- We do not control Google. We cannot guarantee a search ranking, a number of calls, or new jobs.
- Short outages can happen. We will work to fix them quickly.
- If something goes wrong, the most we owe you is the fees you paid us in the 3 months before the problem.
9. General
- New Hampshire law applies to this agreement.
- This document is the whole agreement between us. Changes must be agreed in writing by both of us.
